Quality commitments
In this way, we are committed to providing adequate tools and resources to achieve the following:
- Produce high quality magnetite iron ore concentrate
- Evaluate quality processes by inspection and audit assessments of our operational workplaces.
- Take action to address any quality issues and non-conformances
- Set objectives and targets annually to constantly measure the success of our quality management system
- Identify, assess, and implement controls to manage our risks by maximising opportunities and mitigating significant risks associated with our operations.
- Maintain our Quality Management System to align with ISO 9001
- Utilise best practice and technological innovations to remain commercially viable.
- Comply with legislative requirements
- Protect EMPLOYER, EPCM Contractor and Subcontractor assets.
The Quality Management System will be subject to continuous evaluation and improvement to ensure that it remains relevant and effective in its aim.
